Expedia, booking.com, Agoda etc. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing or by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the marketing email. Travel Companion Information. When you make a reservation for someone else, we will request personal information and travel preferences about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information and travel preferences, as any access to view or change their information will be available only through your account. When we collect personal information, we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

How we use your information

We use sensitive billing information (such as cardholder name, credit card number, and expiration date) for the purpose of completing the accommodation bookings you conduct on our website, or any booking made directly with the hotel. We use other information about you for the following general purposes: to provide you with the products and services you request; to provide you with accommodation confirmation and updates; to manage your account, including processing any unfinalised bills; to communicate with you in general; to respond to your questions and comments; to measure interest in and improve our products, services, and website; to notify you about special offers and products or services that may be of interest to you; to otherwise customize your experience with this website; to reward you as part of any reward and recognition program you choose to join; to solicit information from you, including through surveys; to resolve disputes, collect fees, or troubleshoot problems; to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; to enforce our Terms of Use; and as otherwise described to you at the point of collection.

Terms and Conditions

Please take time to read these terms and conditions governing the International Hotel Wagga website and provision of accommodation in general. 

By accessing this website, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use International Hotel Wagga. 

All reservations made at International Hotel Wagga are made subject to these terms and conditions and the person making the reservation will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons who will be staying or using the facilities at the International Hotel Wagga under the reservation (once the reservation is accepted and confirmed by International Hotel Wagga.

You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

Definition

In these terms and conditions: "We", "our", "us" and "International" means Crow Inn Pty Ltd trading as International Hotel Wagga. "You" and "your" mean the person who is making the reservation.

Website Availability

International Hotel Wagga website is accessible to anyone with Internet access. However, the site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.

Accounts/Passwords

Our websites may provide you with the ability to use codes or devices to gain access to certain portions of our websites (“promo codes”). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access codes and for all activities that occur under this code given. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you wherever there is a reason including, for example, if you violate any part of these Terms of Use.

Photographic Identification

When you check-in, you may be asked to provide photographic identification. If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay us an amount equal to the full reservation amount plus any other costs incurred by us in connection with your reservation.

Guarantee Policy

Guarantee with a valid credit card is required at time of making a reservation via International Hotel Wagga website as well as on check-in to the hotel. Upon check-in, a pre-authorisation will be taken for $1.00. By agreeing to this authorisation, you are authorising International Hotel Wagga to charge any unfinalised accounts, including any damage to property or additional cleaning fees incurred during your stay. International Hotel Wagga policy requires guests with no pre-arranged credit facility on check-in to provide a cash deposit of $250.00 per day as well as full payment of your accommodation.

Payments

A valid credit card MUST be presented on check-in to the hotel. Payments may be made by credit card (as indicated for online bookings)) or by cash or EFTPOS at the hotel. Please note that if you are settling your account with any credit card a credit card transaction fee will apply. You may choose to change the method of payment on check-out to cash or EFTPOS as these methods of payment do not attract this fee. The following surcharges are applicable where payment is made via credit card: VISA / Mastercard 1.5% American Express / Diners 3% You agree to pay interim accounts when presented even though you may not have departed from our hotel. You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account or may be deducted from cash deposit.

Rates and Charges

You agree that you will pay to us the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from our hotel. All prices are quoted in Australian per room per night and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to availability and can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges. Blackout/special event periods may apply. The "from" rates displayed on the website are indicative rates only, are subject to availability & terms and conditions apply. Please select dates and check availability to get the most up to date pricing. Each rate or hotel package available via International Hotel Wagga website is subject to individual terms and conditions.

Reservation, Amendment and Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on International Hotel Wagga website are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to you to substantiate the reservations by email. International may, from time to time, communicate with you, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings. International is not responsible for communication failures, errors, difficulties, or other malfunctions or lost, stolen, or misdirected transactions, transmissions, messages, or entries on or in connection with the website. International is not responsible for any incorrect information associated with any transaction or transmission on or to the website regardless of whether such incident is the result of user error, system error, or human error. International reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee. For any booking that requires payment on check-in to the hotel, booking must be cancelled by 2pm 24 hours prior to the date indicated on the reservations confirmation to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations after this time or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee which will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. The cancellation fee is equal to the accommodation fee payable for 1 night of stay. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the night of your booking reservation. If you have not arrived, made direct contact with, or are uncontactable by the hotel prior to close of business (11pm Mon-Sat, 9.30pm Sun), you will be classified as a no show and the hotel reserves the right to resell your room. Should you wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made directly with the hotel at the earliest convenience. International will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability. In the event that International, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservation it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to you, International will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel's liability. International does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on International Hotel Wagga website arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.

Group Bookings (Over 20 rooms)

Failure to notify reception of your non-arrival by 1 week prior to your expected arrival date will incur the full amount of stay to be charged.

Check-In

Standard check-in time is indicated on reservation confirmation. You agree that we may apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day. You must advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.

Check-Out

Standard check-out time is indicated on the confirmation of the reservation for the date shown for your departure unless we agree to another time. Departure after that time may incur additional room charge. You are and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. If the settlement arrangements have not been met within 30 days of departure you agree to pay the total amount due on the receipt of our invoice. You must return the key card for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for replacement of keys you lose or fail to return same.

Minors

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under the age of 12 years using existing bedding can stay at no additional charge in the room with guardians / parents.

Facilities and Services

Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature or facility is essential to you in choosing a particular property, it is your responsibility to confirm with the property prior to making your reservation that the feature or facility will be available during your stay or use of the services. To the extent permitted by law, International Hotel Wagga are not liable for omissions, errors or changes to the facilities and services at a property, whether temporary or permanent. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.

Release and Indemnity

Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless International Hotel Wagga and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay International Hotel Wagga for any reason whatsoever. You agree to indemnify International Hotel Wagga and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by International Hotel Wagga or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay, except to the except caused or contributed to by International Hotel Wagga or current or former officer's, employee's or agent's negligence. You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other proprietary rights created under any laws. We grant you a licence to stay in and/or use the facilities in our hotel and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.

General

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect any rights you may have and which by law cannot be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and under State and Territory consumer protection legislation.
