What time can I check in?

Guaranteed check in is from 2:00pm. Early arrivals can be arranged before the day of arrival but are subject to availability.

You are welcome to store your luggage with us until your room is available.

What time is check out?

Check out is 10:00am. Late check in is subject to availability; it must be arranged prior to arrival or on check-in. For those who arrange a late check out, anytime up to 11:00am is free. Up to 12:00 noon incurs a $50.00 fee. After 12:00 noon another night’s stay will be charged.

What is the cancellation policy?

Travellers who book directly will be able to cancel free of charge 24 hours before the day of arrival.

Travellers booking via third parties are subject to their terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking as we strictly adhere to these.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

It is important to read your booking conditions when making a reservation for your stay with us.

We charge the full cost of the accommodation upon arrival. 

Should you fail to arrive for your scheduled stay with us, the hotel will charge your credit card the full fee of your stay. You may not be charged should you cancel within the cancellation policy time subject to our terms and conditions.

What happens if I leave items after my stay?

Housekeeping will retrieve items from the room and they will be placed in lost property. Reception staff log this daily and lost property is stored for 2 months before being disposed of. Please call reception to organise collection or postage of lost property items.

Pinnacle’s Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast:

Tuesday – Friday: 6:30am – 9:00am

Saturday: 7:00am – 9:30am

Sunday: 7:00am – 10:00am

Dinner:

Tuesday – Saturday: 6:00pm – late

Do you take a hold on my account?

We take a pre-authorisation from a credit or debit card. This is for any incidentals incurred in the room and to cover any damages that may occur.  

Do you offer room service?

Room service is available during Pinnacle’s Restaurant opening hours.

Breakfast:

Tuesday – Sunday: Room service breakfast can be pre-booked the night before by returning the breakfast forms located in your room.

Dinner:

Tuesday – Saturday: 6:00pm – late

Do you provide cots for babies or an extra bed for children and how much do they cost?

We offer porta-cots and rollaway beds. Both are an extra $40.00 per night and can be added at the request of a traveller.

These additional bed are subject to availability.
