What time can I check in?

Guaranteed check in is from 2pm. Early arrivals can be arranged before the day of arrival but are subject to availability.

You are welcome to store your luggage with us until your room is available.

What time is check out?

Check out is 10am. Late check-in is subject to availability; it must be arranged prior to arrival or on check-in. For those who arrange a late check out, anytime up to 11am is free. Up to 12 noon incurs a $50 fee. After 12 noon another night’s stay will be charged.

What is the cancellation policy?

Travelers who book directly will be able to cancel free of charge 24 hours before the day of arrival.

Travelers booking via third parties are subject to their terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking as we strictly adhere to these.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

It is important to read your booking conditions when making a reservation for your stay with us.

We charge the full amount of the stay on arrival. 

Should you fail to arrive for your scheduled stay with us, the hotel will charge your credit card the full fee of your stay. You may not be charged should you cancel within the cancellation policy time subject to our terms and conditions.

What happens if I leave items after my stay?

Housekeeping will retrieve them from the room and they will be placed in lost property. Reception staff go through this daily. You will receive a phone call or message. We will arrange to send it to your postal address or for you to pick it up on a later date.

Saturday: 7:00am – 9:30am

Sunday: 7:00am – 10:00am


Tuesday – Saturday: 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Do you take a hold on my account?

We take a pending transaction of $250.00 from a credit or debit card. This is for any incidentals incurred in the room and to cover any damages that may occur.  

Do you offer room service?

We offer room service dinner when the restaurant is open. Tuesday – Saturday: 6:00pm – 8:45pm


Do you provide cots for babies or an extra bed for children and how much do they cost?

We offer potacots and rollaway beds. Both are an extra $40 a night and can be added at the request of a traveler.
